SELF-CATERING
The biggest advantage of catering services is the adaptability, flexibility and competence while you are on vacation. Self catering accommodation offers you so much more freedom and independence than a hotel stay ever will.It offers you the possibility to choose from space, to meal times, to being able to wash your clothes and personalize the menu or even the recipes. Those who have little money for vacation can consider the option of a self catering offer. Such an offer includes fewer services and facilities, but this means even less money to pay at the end of the stay. You can find self catering offers in diversified accommodation units, from hotels to pensions and apartments. Depending on the desired destination, you will have a smaller or larger number of such offers. A self catering offer may mean only the price of accommodation but, also may mean additional, mandatory or optional expenses. For example, in the self catering system you may have to pay extra for cable TV, air conditioning, laundry, WIFI connection, etc. Ask if you can clean yourself and if the kitchenette utilities are included in the price or paid separately, in addition. Another important aspect is the minimum accessories and food provided. It can be about dishes and cutlery, about some minimal ingredients (sugar, coffee, tea) that are included in the price. But don't forget to check the expiration date, so as not to use products that have been in that kitchen for several years.
Accommodation
Like many other details related to the success of a vacation and culinary experience, it depends a lot on the level of expectations and how they are met. Before flying abroad, it is important to know the cultural features of the chosen destination. There are Muslim countries or countries with a significant Muslim population, for example, where alcohol consumption is severely restricted. Self-catering accommodation allows you to be whisked away from your day to day challenges and mundane chores, to a wonderland of fun and excitement. It is very important when choosing your accommodation to know exactly what conditions it offers you, if it suits your profile, your wishes or your demands. When you have to choose your accommodation, it is necessary to know what you want in terms of comfort and to choose what is more convenient at an increased level of comfort, relaxation and intimacy. We come in your help with few accommodations.

Supermarket
In order not to waste time and to save money, shopping must be organized and, most importantly, restrained and for this,it is better to have a list and look for a shop or a market somewhere near you. You will no longer spend money for unwanted groceries and you will be able to buy the cheapest food on vacation. It is very important to buy only what you need, not to end up with foods that are useless. Calculate how much you save by paying for accommodation, how much your utilities cost, food, transportation, all the absolutely necessary things, this way you will keep your budget under âcontrolâ. Take a few minutes to make a list of everything you need, before you go shopping. This way, you will finish your visit to the store faster, you will save money and you will make sure that you have bought everything you need.
The simplest method is to divide the things you need into categories: food which you know your family usually consumes, cleaning and home care products, personal care products, or products for your pets (if you have). Once the list is made, all you have to do is put it on your phone or use the old-school method with pen and paper. Shopping must be done gradually, so you will not spend a fortune on your first visit to the list store. On the contrary, when you draw the line, you will see that you have reduced both the expenses and the time spent running between districts.
We have done research for the supermarkets where you can have your shopping, on a radius of 1.5 km.

The most famous and important is the Grand Palace with the Royal Temple of the Emerald Buddha. If you visit this place, you should strictly follow the dress code and dress with respect for tradition. Add fortune to your life by making merit in your holiday according to the beliefs of Thai people. From all the places where you could explore the famous temples with friends, Bangkok is the perfect destination. Bangkok is also the ninth-richest city in the world, with many attractions. Traditions are influenced by the external environment, adopting a variety of practices into their lifestyles, so tradition can be called The way of life and society , especially religion, which has the greatest influence on Thai traditions. Many temples in Thailand reflect the influence of Buddhism towards Thai society and pointed out that the Thai people place importance on nurturing Buddhism with beautiful arts for use in religious rituals since ancient times.
Wat Pho is the oldest in Bangkok and it is also the temple of King Rama 1. Is right behind the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, a must-see for any first-time visitor to Bangkok. As one of the largest temple complexes in the city, itâs famed for its giant reclining Buddha that is 46 metres long, covered in gold leaf and 15 metres tall. Youâll need to take your shoes off to enter, and if youâd like a little good luck, we recommend purchasing a bowl of coins at the entrance of the hall which you can drop in the 108 bronze bowls which line the length of the walls. Dropping the small pennies in, makes a nice ringing sound and even if your wishes donât come true, the money goes towards helping the monks renovate and preserve Wat Pho. All visitors must wear appropriate clothing, no exposed shoulders or skin above the knee. It has long been considered a place of healing and was known centuries ago for its pharmacy and the first "university" in Thailand, both founded by King Rama III. You can get a Thai or foot massage at the traditional on-site medical school, but the prices are significantly higher than what you will find at massage parlors in another part of the city.
WAT ARUN is known for being the one of only six temples' highest tower with its height of more than 80 meters in Thailand. The tower on the Chao Phra river bank is built in Khmer architectural style and gets its name from Aruna, the Indian god of the dawn, hence its common name The Temple of Dawn. The temple dates from the old battles between the former Siam and Burma. After falling to the sea, Ayutthaya was reduced to rubble and ashes. But General Thaksin and the other survivors vowed to march "until the sun rose again" and build a temple there. It is the place where the new king built his royal palace and a private chapel.
Wat Suthat is one of the oldest temples, famed for its beautiful roofline, huge golden Buddha, magnificent frescoes and giant swing out front and is one of the ten first class royal temples most beautiful in Bangkok. Three kings had a hand in its construction: it began shortly after the coronation of Rama I (founder of the Chakri dynasty) in 1782, continued by Rama II, and ended ten years by Rama III. Apart from the charming architecture, the temple boasts some very interesting murals. Wat Suthat is less popular than some of the other temple complexes in the city, so you will enjoy a more peaceful and intimate experience here. Wat Suthat houses a beautiful 13th-century Phra Buddha Shakyamuni, a bronze Buddha image over 8m tall. The ashes of King Rama VIII, brother of the current king, are contained in its base.
Temple of the Emerald Buddha It is also the home of Wat Phra Kaeo, which hosts the Jade Buddha (or Emerald).
Built in 1782, the Grand Palace has been the royal residence for generations and is still used for important ceremonies and for the residence of heads of state. Dress modestly when visiting the Grand Palace, which basically means covering your arms and legs and avoiding any useless outfits. In English, the figurine is called the Emerald Buddha. It is 66 centimetres in height, 48.3 centimetres in width at the lap, and it is carved from a single piece of grey-green jasper found in Africa and India (not emerald as its name implies). The first-time visitor is usually surprised to see such a tiny Buddha perched high on a 9 metre pedestal that reaches almost to the ceiling in the ubosoth (ordination hall) where it is housed. The Buddha image is elevated above the heads of visitors because it is a sign of respect. As Wat Phra Kaew is Thailand's most important temple, you are expected to dress appropriately or risk being turned away. Signs put up around the entrance show you are not permitted to enter wearing shorts, sleeveless shirts, singlets or any form of open ended shoes. Sarongs and long trousers are usually available for loan should you forget. The temple's exterior is an attraction in itself - orange, green and dark blue glazed roof tiles, golden gilt carvings, bronze tinkling bells, and glittering coloured mosaics. Six pairs of giant demon guardians flank all entrances to the wat. They are known as yaksha and are Buddhist gods that protect against evil spirits. In Thai, they are called yak (giant). The yaksha were placed there during the reign of Rama III. Opening time is 8.30 am and if you are visiting during the hot season, take water with you because small bottles of water that you can buy on-site are expensive. You can buy tickets online from the website of the Grand Palace.
National Museum & Wang Na Palace is the largest museum in Southeast Asia and is the first public museum of Thailand, ideal place for history lovers and houses the largest collection of Thai art and artifacts in the country. The museum chapel is covered with vibrant 200 year old wall murals detailed with gold leaf, depicting the life of the Buddha and includes a funeral chariot hall, featuring carriages used for royal cremations, and many excellent examples of Thai architecture. Free English-language tours given by volunteers are available. The museum is the second holiest image in Thailand, after the Emerald Buddha, and house in the Buddhaisawan Chapel, a huge hall with an ornate coffered ceiling, lacquered window shutters, and painted walls with rows of divinities and converted demons, all turned to face the Phra Sihing Buddha, which according to legend was magically created in Sri Lanka and sent to Sukhothai in the 13th-century. The museum is spread across 6 different buildings and is home to sculptures and rare busts from the Sukhothai and Ayutthaya periods in Thai history. The core of the Museum is undoubtedly the Buddhaisawan Temple, built in 1787. So get ready to learn about culture and history.
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is one of the most popular floating markets in Thailand. A trip to the market can be a fascinating insight into Thaiâs culture. The floating market comprises three smaller markets: Ton Khem, Hia Kui, and Khun Phitak. The market is very crowded and the boat traffic is very heavy. So, it could be better to just walk around the market and take some nice pictures instead. The Damnoen Saduak floating market offers a unique culinary experience you wonât find anywhere else. The wooden paddle boat vendors sell many exotic tropical fruits. You can also find souvenirs for affordable prices and leaving without a souvenir is simply impossible.
If you want to visit the floating market the best time to visit is between 9:30 am to 12:00. Vendors along the floating market usually overprice their food and souvenirs, so donât forget to bargain for a better price.
